so I guess this super strict diet plan and vitamin flooding is not doing anything because now my hand is as bad as it usually gets again. like, overnight.

and there’s no way to beat it if it’s anxiety-linked, which it must be. I either stress about having it be bad or I’m stressing about it coming back when I don’t have it bad.
